The Challenge
Matter Brothers Furniture had begun to transition their traditional broadcast runs to more CTV/OTT. They weren't getting the same results with similar spending levels across multiple markets. It was also difficult to pinpoint why — with the CTV/OTT spend spread across multiple partners in multiple markets.
The Solution
YouConnex began by looking at the various partnerships and more closely audited their performance reports — often finding that campaigns might be optimized to start but had very little campaign management at the partner level month-to-month. The solution of a single point-of-entry would allow for better auditing, frequency capping, as well as in-campaign optimization market-to-market.
The Results
The ability to navigate multiple providers (including Fox, Disney+, Paramount+, YouTube, Sling, and Hulu) allowed private-marketplace deals, true frequency capping, and guaranteed site delivery down to the ZIP, and helped deliver a 37% increase in working dollar delivery by eliminating layers of "management" baked into the previous partner cost structures.
