The Challenge
YouConnex needed to transparently sit at the intersection of digital media delivery partner while also deferring to the overarching strategies Sextant had, depending on their client. Campaigns needed to often ingest custom contact lists based on actual people holding specific job titles within the public sector, then run precision digital outreach with multi-touch attribution measurement.
The Solution
A multichannel media approach spanning social and digital, targeting consumers based on behavioral indicators, contextual searches, and student data, which enabled the delivery of personalized, incentivized offers. Contact list optimization — appended with device ID, IP range, MAC address, cookie ID, and social ID. Client messaging was then served across display, video, and audio, as well as social. After an engagement signal was received from an audience member, they were included in an email-based nurture program and then measured and tracked to the point of full conversion.
The Results
Typical campaigns have delivered a 17%–22% increase in per-dollar conversion from previous partnerships — often re-optimized to claw back stale but potential opportunities that didn't previously convert.
