OGX Haircare was in the midst of early-stage discussions of a multi-billion-dollar acquisition by Johnson & Johnson and needed to increase sales while not increasing headcount in the hyper-targeted and hyper-competitive haircare space. They needed a digital partner that could launch localized multi-channel digital campaigns in spot markets based on almost real-time sales numbers. Each campaign was required to be optimized almost daily to reach target goals, with budgets often shifting to other markets.
The Solution
YouConnex and the OGX team created a layered communication, reporting, and strategy system that allowed YouConnex enough insights to optimize and shift based on ingestible campaign performance, while also ensuring OGX maintained full control of information that needed to maintain a level of privacy.
The Results
YouConnex was able to fluidly maintain constant campaign performance across over 35 hyper-local campaigns in the US and Canada, with monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily performance reporting across multi-channel variants.
