Accepting this unique challenge, YouConnex designed a custom contact list based on actual people holding specific job titles within the public sector. The contact list was appended with device ID, IP range, MAC address, cookie ID and social ID. Client messaging was then served across display, video and audio, as well as social. After an engagement signal was received from an audience member, they were included into an email-based nurture program.
